Happiness

Are you happy?
Why are you happy?
I saw a bumper sticker a few days ago that said "Happiness is a journey, not a destination". That got me thinking.
Today, I was writing my post it note blog when I ran over to "Only Parent Chronicles" blog and saw the post about Happiness and found this

I have a lot going on, well it seems like a lot at least, in my life right now that involves happiness, being happy, etc and I think this is God's way of telling me something. This is the 2nd time in one week I have seen this phrase. Hmmm.
